I feel that Algebra 2 is the foundation course for future math courses. A strong understanding of Algebra 2 is the key to your success in future courses including Calculus.

The skill taught in this course are applied in both Calculus courses. Working with rational equations and learning trigonometry are needed in Calculus 1. The work with sequences and series, vectors, parametric equations, and polar graphs are needed to be successful in Calculus 2.

Students that plan to study STEM or non-STEM majors are able to be successful in Calculus. I have helped many students get a solid base for their future calculus and other math courses or earn credit that counts as the only mathematics credit they may need for college.

This calculus course is important for most STEM majors. The AP course covers topics found in Calculus AB as well. It is a very fast paced course that is similar to what a student can expect when they are in college

Statistics is a course different from every other math course most students have taken. It is a course I highly recommend students to take if Calculus is not needed in the majors they are considering in college.

Preparing for the SAT Test is a multifaceted process. The focus needs to include test taking skills along with the understanding problems from the three subcategories of topics included on the exam

They MPE4 is very detailed oriented and covers topics the student may not have covered this past year. A tutoring session with me with refresh the student on all of these topics and give them methods to help them get even the smallest details correct
